You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use GetPincode strictly in accordance with these terms:

• Personal & Business Search: You may search PIN codes, view post office details, generate dispatch labels, and copy formatted postal addresses for lawful mailing and courier purposes.
• Prohibition of Automated Scraping: Systematic scraping, excessive automated querying, data harvesting, or running denial-of-service routines against our search endpoints without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Abuse Prevention: You agree not to interfere with the proper working of the website or bypass any security or anti-scraping measures.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The custom code, search algorithms, user interface designs, CSS stylesheets, graphic badges, editorial articles, and interactive postal tools on GetPincode are the intellectual property of GetPincode and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Note: Raw postal directory information (PIN codes, post office names, and district affiliations) constitutes factual public information published under the National Data Sharing and Accessibility Policy (NDSAP) on the Open Government Data (OGD) Platform India (data.gov.in).

4. Non-Affiliation with India Post

GetPincode is an independent private reference website. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with India Post, the Department of Posts, the Ministry of Communications, or any other Government of India department. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties & As-Is Basis

While we make rigorous efforts to maintain high accuracy by reconciling data against official postal gazettes:

• All information, tools, and calculators are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that post office operating hours, delivery beats, contact numbers, or PIN code jurisdictions will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
• Users are strongly advised to verify critical dispatch details, legal notice recipients, or high-value consignments directly at their local post office booking counter.

6. Third-Party Advertisements (Google AdSense)
